How to storage the cattle fence?

After he received these fences, we lose his news. no email, no messages. And then a year passed, we received his email claiming for compensation.  He told us that all the fence are rusty, and cannot be installation.

We are very confused and cannot believe it. So we required the client to take photos for us. and find that all the fence he put on the grass land without any protection, and all fence with PVC film, and we can see the waterdrop on it. All fences are rusty.

So we can know this is equivalent to the customer soaking the fence in high-temperature rainwater a year, so it is normal for rusty.
